Return & Refund Policy

1. Fresh Flowers & Plants

Fresh floral products are delicate and perishable. For this reason, all sales of fresh flowers, bouquets, and plants are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, we will gladly review it.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.

Once approved, we will provide either:

  • A replacement of the same or similar value, or
  • Store credit for future use.

We do not offer refunds or returns for issues related to personal preference, color variation, or natural differences in flowers.


2. Non-Perishable Items

(Examples: vases, baskets, silk flowers, décor items, accessories)

These items may be returned or exchanged if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you must contact us for return approval.
Items returned without approval may be rejected.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost.
  • For change-of-mind or customer preference returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Fresh flowers: eligible ONLY when damage is confirmed (replacement or store credit).
  • Non-perishable items: refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation.
  • Seasonal items, custom orders, and sale items may be final sale and not eligible for return.

5. Exceptions & Conditions

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The request is made past the allowed period (24 hours for flowers, 7 days for non-perishables).
  • Items show signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging.
  • Flowers have wilted due to recipient unavailability or incorrect delivery information.
